Dear Parents/Guardians,
Cordial greetings from Pherry Junior School Family. We thank the Almighty God for His providence, protection and guidance throughout the term.
Today marks the end of Term III and Academic Year 2025. Term I 2026 will begin on Monday 02nd February, 2026 and end on Friday 24th April, 2026.
Please note that our children have been sent home with the following: A Report Card, LINs, Pay Codes, holiday package, all their books and property. We request you to review the above with the class teachers.
ACADEMICS
We wish to thank your unwavering support towards all school programmes, participation in homework and Weekend Work, P.L.E, M.D.D, Top Class Graduation and provision of all academic requirements. This has enabled us register steady progress this term. We urge you to continue working with us for better services.
HEALTH
The Health of our Pupils has been generally good. We wish to register our appreciation to parents who quickly respond whenever called for further medical attention of our pupils.
DISCIPLINE
We wish to thank you for your continued partnership and support in maintaining a respectful, safe and conducive learning environment. This has enabled us to nurture our children spiritually, academically and socially. Please use this time to assist consolidate the acquired values from school. We encourage you to closely monitor and guide our children particularly during this long holiday.
SCHOOL UNIFORM
We wish to thank you for adhering to our uniform regulations. This has enabled us maintain a uniformly smart pupil community. Please note that buying or replacement of any uniform is only done by the school. All payments can be done on the school pay codes.
SCHOOL FEES STRUCTURE TERM I
All our payments are made through the School Pay Codes or Centenary Bank; account number 3100026275 in the names of Pherry Junior School. No cash is allowed at school.
Below is our fees structure for Term I 2026:

ADMISSION OF NEW PUPILS
We have vacancies for new entrants from Baby class to Primary Seven; we shall always be open from Monday to Friday, between 9a.m to 4P.M for registration and interviews. However, we will be closed from 23rd December, 2025 to 2nd January, 2026.
